FAQs

Q: Is there a fee for investigating my location?
A: No, we do NOT charge a fee to investigate. Our agents do this work to research the paranormal and to help our clients feel at ease with their situation.

.

Q: What type of experience does the Fringe team have?
A: Our agents are knowledgeable in all areas of the paranormal. They have been on many investigations both previous to and during their time with the Fringe Paranormal team.

.

Q: Will my information be kept confidential?
A: We never post identifying information about residential cases on our website. All such reports are always “anonymized”. Public commercial enterprises are usually identified but can be “anonymized” at the client’s request.

.

Q: Am I the only person who feels odd about asking for a paranormal investigation?
A: No. We often come into contact with people who are hesitant when it comes to the topic of ghosts or paranormal activity. Studies suggest that about half of the population believes in ghosts or the paranormal. We have found that most of our clients feel relieved after an investigation as it may find a natural explanation for activity or may determine that the unexplained activity is non-threatening.  Often times a person just wants to know that they are not imagining things and that, indeed, something is happening in their location. We find that taking control of the situation most often enables the client to feel empowered and at ease.

.

Q: Can I contact you if I just have a question about the team or the paranormal?
A: Yes. We are available to answer any questions you may have about us or the paranormal. If we do not know the answer we will find it or point you to someone who does know.

.

Q:  Do you have any guidelines in place during investigations?
A: Yes, we have guidelines for both the client and our agents…..

Fringe Paranormal Investigations’
Tips for a Successful Investigation
Fringe Paranormal Investigations Pledges to:

.

Be Respectful . We will be respectful of your home and property. We will not enter areas you do not wish us to enter. We will not provoke unless that is the wish of the client. We will be respectful of your time. Fringe usually conducts investigations on Saturday nights because that is when most team members are available. If another time is better for you, please let us know. We will also be respectful of your privacy. We post all results of investigations on our website, but we will NEVER post your personal information on that or any other social media site.

.

Work towards the client’s goals. Some may want a spirit gone, others may simply want confirmation and verification of what they feel is happening in their home. We will take these goals into consideration when we investigate. We have an ordained minister on our team to do house blessings if need be.

.

Provide follow-up. Once an investigation is completed, the team members will thoroughly review their evidence. Research will be done by other team members. Once all information is compiled, we will return to your home and go over what was found.

.

Help us help you by adhering to the following guidelines:

.

Only the homeowner and possibly one other person should be in the home while the investigation is being conducted. Having too many people around during the investigation of a small area allows more possibility of audio contamination. The Fringe team will come into a case with an open-mind. Objectivity can be lost if a person close to the case tries to put their own “spin” onto what may or may not be happening.

.

No Pets. Having animals around, especially large pets, can also ruin audio evidence.

.

Communication is Key! Please let us know as specifically as possible what your goals are for the investigation. Also, feel free to let us know where you do and don’t feel comfortable with us investigating. We are here to help you in any way we can.

The Fringe Paranormal was derived using the actual handprint of the Dalai Lama. It is the only hand print, which the Dalai Lama allowed to be taken during his life
